Warranties

Atlas offers a limited warranty on the workmanship of all their new homes for one year from date of purchase. Manufacturer warranties for mechanical devices such as hot water heaters, dishwasher, microwave, and range apply to all new homes. Your heating and cooling units carry with them a limited ten (10) year warranty provided by the manufacturer instead of the standard five-year warranty on many new homes.
